perfect spot for lakeside strolls and quick city access

I loved the short, less than a 5-minute walk to the serene shores of the lake, which offered stunning views and relaxation. Being just a few steps away from the charming old town made it easy to explore the historic sites and vibrant streets of Lucerne. the friendly staff also went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay for me as a solo traveler.

I had an amazing stay! The room was spacious with a magnificent lake view and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. The service during dining was excellent and attentive.

Spacious modern room with great lake views. Limited parking options were a hassle for us. Great location for hiking trips. Breakfast had good variety.

I had the pleasure of staying in a Premium Room Lakeside, and the views of the stunning mountains and tranquil lake were absolutely mesmerizing! The room was equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, perfect for enjoying morning brews...

Couldn’t fault.

I spent 5 nights in a Superior Room. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the train station and the beautiful lake. The room was spacious and decorated in a modern style. I really appreciated the well-organized breakfast. it had plenty of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, I faced some issues. On arrival, I didn’t receive the expected room upgrade because of my early check-in request, which was disappointing. My room had issues with the refrigerator not cooling properly despite the hot weather. Also, I found the menu in the hotel restaurant had very limited choices, which felt lacking for a hotel of this caliber.

The stay was quite satisfactory, particularly due to the spacious room with modern decor. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety, which started the day off right. However, I did find the dining area to have a vibe similar to a school canteen, which could use some improvement.
